Highly involved in space planning, programming and design all commercial interiors ranging from 12,000 to 20,000 SF for Jay Suites, a company which provides high end, luxury all-inclusive office spaces throughout New York City. The goal being to provide comprehensive space layouts which utilizes the building footprint in conjunction with maximizing rent-able sq. footage for the client while simultaneously providing a layout that uses the space efficiently and effectively, accommodates adequate circulation and work flows and creates a desired image and atmosphere. This project has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of construction and an ability to develop a rapport with contractors that has led me to occasionally advise them with solutions of any unforeseen issues that may develop on site.
